Primark's coat game is seriously on point right now and for me (and my bank balance) this is a problem. I am a bit of a coat collector and this one was a must purchase. They also have a scarf in this same material, which took all of my willpower not to buy! 

I am in love with these shoes too, which are also from Primark. They look way more expensive than the £14 they cost and who doesn't love a shiny gold shoe!?

"That's so last year", yes, yes it is. But I don't care, this Boden coat is so beautiful for it to be just a one year throw away piece. Made from wool and cashmere, I bought this coat from an antique market for £40. Whoever gave it away must be insane! Although that persons loss is my gain because it genuinely feels like I'm wearing a dressing gown. 

Also, in the summer I bought these Chanel glasses frames. I can't believe I've not shown them on here before because they really are a thing of beauty. Anyone who wears glasses will know what I mean when I say that these were shouting at me from afar saying "I'm the glasses for you!"

This could easily be somewhere exotic right? Right. But it was actually in North Wales! I went there for a spontaneous day out with my friend Laura (see her super awesome and quirky blog here) on one of my days off a couple of weeks ago. I actually was wearing a different top when I left, but it was so hot I had to change into something cooler!

Whilst I was working at the Fashion & Gardens exhibition I was staying in London with my friend Lorna and her fellow housemates. Her housemates study the same course as me, Fashion Promotion at Ravensbourne, whereas I study at The University of South Wales. They are currently they are working on Juicebox Magazine, a tri-annual style title available online and is free to all.

I checked out their website and social media platforms and fell in love with this shoot called Pink Power styled by Becky Lightbody and Nathan Henry and shot by Amber Eggleden. Its everything I love in a fashion editorial. Fashion can sometimes be too serious so when I see editorials like this it makes me happy!

Anyway, you should take a look at their website here, it's always exciting to know about up and coming magazines/creatives and there's nothing better than that for a bit of inspiration.
